Welcome to Chat With Chuck. By booking and participating in a session, you agree to the following Terms
and Conditions:

1. Service Overview
Chat With Chuck provides one-on-one phone or video conversations offering support, connection, and a
listening ear. This is not therapy or counseling, and Chuck is not a licensed mental health professional.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book a session.

3. Respectful Conduct
By booking a session, you agree to:

• Treat Chuck with respect and courtesy.
• Avoid hate speech, threats, or inappropriate behavior.
• Not record, publish, or distribute session content without consent.
  Chuck reserves the right to end any session early – without refund – if these expectations are violated.

4. Payment
All fees are shown clearly at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through Calendly using Stripe or PayPal. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

5. Service Disclaimer
These conversations are designed for connection, not crisis support or professional guidance. If you’re in a
mental health emergency, please call 911 or a licensed crisis line immediately.

7. Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the most recent
version.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by You

• More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or free reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: You’ll receive a 50% refund to your original payment method.

2. No-Shows
If you miss your session without notice, 50% of your payment will be refunded. The rest covers reserved time.

3. Cancellation by Chuck
If your session is canceled on Chuck’s end, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule option.

4. Emergencies
Life happens. If a genuine emergency comes up, email chatwithchuck38@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to
accommodate you.

Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Name, contact info, and session preferences
• Securely processed payment information
• Any notes you voluntarily share through Calendly

2. How We Use Your Info

• To confirm, conduct, and follow up on sessions
• To improve the quality of service
• To communicate important updates
  Your information will never be sold or shared for marketing.

3. Session Privacy
All conversations are private and never recorded without mutual agreement. You may request deletion of any
personal information or communication at any time.

4. Third-Party Services
We use Calendly, Stripe, and PayPal. Please refer to their privacy policies for how they handle your
data.

5. Data Security
Reasonable steps are taken to keep your data secure. While no system is perfect, your trust is valued and
protected to the best of our ability.

Promotional Sessions & Refund Policy

• Promotional offers (such as “First 5 Calls Free” or discounted sessions) are non-refundable unless canceled by Chuck.
• Missed or late-canceled promotional sessions will result in forfeiting the promotion. Rescheduling is allowed
  once, based on availability.
